​Processing Time :

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed ( business days are Monday-Friday, exclude major holidays). If you place an order after 3:pm on a Friday, your order will not be processed until the following Monday.

​Shipping : 

We ship with USPS, First Class or Priority 2-3 days mail within US, No international shipping at this time.

First Class - typically, delivers within 4 to 6 mailing days from the time your order is processed.

Priority Mail - typically delivers within 2 to 4 mailing days from the time your order is processed.



Return :

You may return new and unused "Artecobags" within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must have their original tags still attached. Please contact us by email at info@artecobags.com  to obtain a return authorization code within 5 days of receiving the item. Return shipping costs are paid by buyers.

We will pay for the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error ( if you have received an incorrect or defective product, etc.).

All sales are Final because they are created according to your request, there is no refund or exchange. Please review details carefully before making the purchase request. Feel free to email us in advance with any question. We'll be happy to answer any questions.



All items need to be received and inspected before a refund is issued. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks.
